Using Mortgage & Loan Portals

If you are looking for a way to simplify your mortgage process, using an online mortgage portal can help! In light of new technological advances many major mortgage lenders have online portals that customers can use to log into their account to make their mortgage payments or simply manage their loans.

In order to create an account of your own you will first need to find out whether or not your mortgage lender provides this service. To do this, simply open your web browser and search for the home page or login page of your lender. For example, if you are a customer of NationWide you could search for “mynationwide login” in order to find the proper page. Then, you will want to search the page for some sort of login or registration box or area. This will usually include some fill-in boxes that will ask you for some login information like a username and password in order to access your account. For example, if you are a customer of Quicken Loans you will visit the myql Quicken Loans Portal page and see that there is an area that asks you to provide your username and password and then submit the information in order to log in. The “Create Account” link is available in the upper right-hand corner. On some other pages it will be located elsewhere on the page but you should be able to spot it fairly quickly.

After logging in you will be able to make your payments and manage your loan from the comfort and convenience of your home or even your mobile device in some cases. For example, if you are a customer of the First Federal Bank of Florida and have logged into your My Loan Care account you can make your mortgage payments or view the details of your account with ease.

Here is an example of the process for the page As a customer of Midland Mortgage you can use this portal to log into and manage your account with ease.
