your whole rewards program is a mess -i get no benefits from my registered card. ijust bought 2 subs today and got no points. the worker said i could call in and get my points if i did it within 24 hours. NOT !!! can only call monday – friday, excluding holidays – that makes it next tuesday (today is saturday). make it easy and have an 800 number that is available with a real person ALL THE TIME. I got no points today, last week, or the week before. i also got no points, and I should have, during the double points promo. THIS WHOLE PROGRAM SHOULD BE SCRAPPED – NO BENEFITS HERE !!!!! very unhappy with subway.

  5. I have tried to register at least 5 times and have NEVER had success. I called the phone # on my receipt to see if a real person could help me and he just referred me back to the website. Thanks I’ve tried that several times. Because of the lack of help I guess I’ll just find somewhere else to spend my money. This is ridiculous. With the old card I could at least get reward points and USE THEM.

  7. I received a Subway gift card. I tried to register and Called the 1-877 number and, after giving them the card # and the pin #,was told that in order to use the card I HAD to register online. That is a joke. ONLINE?? Give me a person. Online does NOT listen and would NOT register my card. The card is now useless. That is IT for Subway gift cards. Has anyone out there been successful in registering these things????

  13. I had a Subway card several years ago but you discontinued them. Now I have a new rewards card and trying to register it but your system tells me that my email ID has already been taken. I don’t think so! Has your old system been purged or are you carrying the previous info over to the new reward system? My old card has long since been cut up. How do I register the new card which has a different number?
