Sonic Drive In Card Account

Log in to manage your existing sonic card or register a new card for free at With a valid account you will be able to check your cards balance, buy a new card, reload a current card or report a lost card.

To log into your Mysonic account, you will need to use your valid email address or phone number as well as your designated password. After this information has been entered you will simply need to click login. You also be given the opportunity to use your Facebook credentials to login as well.


You do not currently have an account create one easily by selecting the blue link titled “create one today”. You will need to provide personal information such as your name, ZIP Code, email address, mobile phone number and a password must be provided. You’ll be given the opportunity to select from email offers such as sonic news and promotions, the sonic ice cream social special monthly offer, and my sonic insight Council which is surveys and research.

Use your mysoniccard to make purchases on great food or give a card as a gift to a friend or loved one. To check your balance at any time simply click on the balance check link then enter your card number and the cards PIN number followed by clicking the submit button.

If you have a registered card that has been lost or stolen or even destroyed you can report this by calling the online fulfillment center at 1-877-828-7868. It is important to make sure that your sonic card is registered because if it is not, sonic is not responsible for the card. If your card is registered and is lost, sonic will send you a replacement card for the value that was remaining at the time of the report.     I added an additional $25.00 to my commonly used Sonic card and today it only had $4.02 registered on it, so I had to give additional cash to cover the cost of the order. I would like to know if I added the money to an old card which I no longer have OR did you not add the amount to the only SONIC card I use? Please respond and give advise. Thank you. GPD

    I have tried several times to register my card but the Subway link would not let me.
    Subway….help if you want business!!!

  3. When I log onto my Sonic, my card showing an amount, I choose an additional amount but when I try to confirm ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happens. How do I load more money onto my card? Don’t tell me to use your app because my phone doesn’t speak that lingo. Also I have tried to get a reload thur a drive-in: two of your drive-ins don’t know how to do it.
