If you have forgotten your user ID or password, there are two links located on the homepage that will help you recover or create new ones. Simply click the link entitled “forgot user ID?” To get an email stating your current user ID login. Once you have clicked the recovery link, you will need to enter the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- ZIP Code
- Security code
The personal information that you provide is sent over a secure connection and is only used to verify your identity. Once you’re verified, you will be emailed the requested information through your verified email on file. To recover a lost password, you will need to provide the same information as provided above, however you will need to provide your user ID as well.
Before you’re allowed to register a new account, you must enter your registration code to ensure that you are already listed in their records. Your registration code should have been provided to you by your organization or ADP itself. This code may also be referred to as a company passcode or a personal ID code. If you do not have a registration code, you will want to contact the organization’s administrator.
